
Creating Forms:
- Forms have the same information as tables however they are in a "nicer format".
- The table below presents all the same information as a table (FirstName, LastName, Grade, Homeroom etc.).
- You can also put logos and photos in forms as shown below.
- You can also:
- add titles,
- change the background color,
- add lines (to separate sections),
- change field size, font and, and
- change the labels that appear before the fields in a form.
More About Microsoft Access:
- Relational databases are made with programs other than Microsoft Access as well.
- A relational database made using a program other than Microsoft Access will also have tables, queries, reports and forms.
- The advantages of using Microsoft Access are:
- It is very common in small business (part of the Microsoft Office Professional Edition).
- It is relatively easy to use compared to other "relational database" programs.
